Founded in 1983, RBC Global Asset Management (U.S.) Inc. (RBC GAM-US), is a registered investment advisor managing $45 billion in assets as of 12/31/14 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Canada. The company is a leader in the creation of secondary markets for Community Development Investments.  Through their Access Capital Community Investment Fund, RBC GAM-US offers a socially responsible investment that provides the ability to invest in underserved communities across the U.S. with the potential for competitive and geographically diversified returns.

As of 12/31/2014, the Access Capital Community Fund actively manages $500 million in community investments located in 48 states, the District of Columbia, and 2 territories.  Since its inception of 6/30/1998 through 12/31/2014, the Fund has had a cumulative community impact on 12,906 low- to moderate-Income home buyers, 29,522 affordable rental units, 5,062 nursing home facility beds, 383 SBA loans and numerous other community economic development projects across the US.
