About the manager

Community Capital Management, Inc. (CCM) was established in 1998 and is an SEC-registered investment advisor primarily focused on the active management of high quality, market-rate, fixed-income securities issued to promote community and economic development. The core economic activities supported by these investments may include affordable homeownership, affordable rental housing, urban and rural economic development, small business lending and environmental sustainability. CCM specializes in managing Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)/impact investing portfolios.  Its fixed income ESG/impact investing strategy, the CRA Qualified Investment Fund, was launched in 1999 and can be customized based on specific impact themes or geographies.  CCM also integrates ESG/impact investing into its liquid alternative income strategy, the CCM Alternative Income Fund, which was launched in May 2013.  Community Capital is a majority employee-owned firm. Since its inception, Community Capital Management has invested over $6.7 billion in community and economic development investments nationwide.
